My First Planned Break
Written on Jun 14, 2026

It's a coincidence that I'm taking my first planned break from writing on the day I'm flying back to the Philippines. Yesterday, I published my 100th article, with only a few days skipped along the way.
The first time I skipped days was when I flew to the United States, with the skip being the 19th and 20th of May. I removed two articles that I didn't like last month, or I would have reached 100 a couple of days sooner.
Writing and Rewriting
Most of the articles are rewrites of articles I published elsewhere over the past five or six years. I combined some articles from two or more old articles. Obviously, I've interspersed my article list with new articles written this year.
It's difficult to write about things that don't interest me in the least, even if they would benefit someone else. I like to write about computer-related activities because they're things I can remind myself of later on, especially when reinstalling software.
The Break
I don't know whether this break is going to last for days, weeks, or months. The last time I took a break, I accidentally let my previous domain name expire. A domain name squatter snapped up my domain name, just like all my previous ones.
I know I need to publish less frequently, so perhaps I'll learn to develop articles with much more substance. Perhaps I'll learn to publish on a different medium, like YouTube. I know there are sufficient software options to help me along the way.
Unlike some people I know, I dislike the sound of my recorded voice. I also dislike the way I appear in photos and videos, which has nothing to do with my age. I've always been this way. I may need a fake voice and avoid using a camera.
Stay tuned.
